Cannot find PST file after doing Windows Update (OneDrive users)

Windows Update breaks Outlook linked to OneDrive

After doing a Windows Update, Outlook suddenly stops working. Outlook reports that it cannot find the user’s PST file. The message reads like this:

Outlook Data File
The file C:\Users\name\Documents\Outlook Files\[email protected] cannot be found.

The next box that appears is a box that allows you to browse for the file. Outlook looks for the file in this location:

Users/[Name]/Documents/Outlook Data Files

but it turns out the file is actually here:

Users/[Name]/OneDrive/Documents/Outook Data Files
