Unable to destroy VM: “TASK ERROR: no such logical volume pve/data”

Whilst destroying a VM, you get the following message:

"TASK ERROR: no such logical volume pve/data"

Here is the before:

This is part of a bigger problem in a cluster where most nodes have pve/data, but one specific node has ZFS.

Check all your node names:

pvecm nodes

Now only enable pve/data on your node without the  ZFS boot drive:

lvmthin: local-lvm
        thinpool data
        vgname pve
        content rootdir,images
        nodes node1,node2
