When performing certain MySQL backup operations you might end up with the following message:

[ERROR] mysqldump: Couldn’t execute ‘show create table `wp_options`’: Table ‘./site_wordpress/wp_options’ is marked as crashed and should be repaired (145)

It’s possible to repair this using the command line or phpMyAdmin.
